Sweet dosa is prepared especially on Saraswati Pooja Day during Dasara/Dussehra. Here comes the recipe of this ...
Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups
Poha/avalakki - 1/4 cup
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Powdered Jaggery - 1 cup
methi seeds - 1 tsp
cardamom - 4

Procedure:
1. Soak rice, poha and methi seeds for 3 hours.
2. Grind them in a mixer till turns soft, then add coconut, jaggery and cardamom seeds and grind again so that it mixes well.
3. You can immediately make dosas with this batter. For best results, let the batter rest for 20-30 minutes before making dosas.

4. To
make dosas, heat a griddle (tava) [I use non-stick for this dosa so it
doesn't form a sticky mess]. Grease the tava with a few drops of ghee.
5. When
the tava is hot, turn the heat to low-medium. Pour a ladle-full of
batter and spread like a dosa.
6. Grease both sides with
a few drops of oil as required and cook for a couple of minutes on each
side while turning over.
