         Palak Green gram dal dosa recipe

Palak greengram dal dosa is a healthy crispy dosa , ideally suited for breakfast.


Greengram dal - 1 cup

Rice - 1/2 cup

Palak - 1 bunch

Green chillies - 2 nos

Ginger - 1 inch

Jeera - 1 tsp

Pepper corns - 5 nos

Salt to taste


1. Soak green gram dal and rice separately for 4 hours, later after 4 hours remove water and grind dal, rice, ginger, jeera, pepper corns, green chillies, salt to a fine batter by adding little  water.

2. Transfer to a container , add water to make the batter like our usual dosa consistency. Not need to ferment. Prepare green crispy dosa immediately.
