Crispy Wedges - Left Over Idlis

We often wonder what to do with the leftovers of a previous breakfast items or meals. Here i am sharing some good and tasty recipe from the leftover idlis. You might have tried out Masala Idlis, Idli Upma, but here is an interesting recipe of wedges made out from the left over idlis.

Got this recipe from my mom, she is very good at preparing delicious food.

I bet the kids will love this. Was wondering if these wedges absorbed more oil .. Thanks for sending it across to the event.

Thank you Harini, it will not absorb much oil. It will be very very crispy. Try out and give a surprise to your family.
