         Awesome Rava Burfi - Diwali Sweets

Rava burfi is the favorite sweet of our family, although the name sounds very familiar but the sweet is very different and delicious. You can prepare this sweet for any occasion. Since i started this blog all my friends and relatives were looking for this recipe, and so decided to share this recipe for this diwali. Have a try with this Rava Burfi and am i am sure you will definitely love this sweet.

Ingredients:

Rava : 1 cup

Ghee : 1 cup

Milk : 3 cup

Sugar : 3 1/2 cup

Note: Just a portion of your kitchen platform/wood plank clean it well and apply ghee over it.

Procedure:

1. Place the pan or griddle on the low flame. 

2. Pour all the above ingredients one after the other.

3. Keep on stirring till it leaves the sides of the pan ( a ball shape will be formed) as shown in the picture.

4. Immediately transfer on the kitchen platform/wood plank. Quickly roll it with a roller.

5. Cut to the required shape.
