Lime juice gojju / Nimbe Hannina Gojju is one of the spicy, tangy and easiest gojju which you can prepare in minutes.
It taste great with dosa, idli, ragi balls and with hot rice. When ever your taste buds need some rejuvenation just prepare this gojju.
I learnt this recipe from my aunt (Sakku aunty) and try this amzing recipe of lime juice gojju.
Grated Coconut: 3 tbsp
Jaggery: 1 tbsp
Jeera: 2 tsp
Mustard: 1 tsp
Red chillies or Green chillies: 1-2 according to your taste
Lemon: 1 squeeze the entire juice from it.
Salt to taste
Oil: 1 tbsp
Jeera seeds: 1 tsp
1. Grind coconut, jaggery, red or green chillies, jeera and mustard seeds to a fine paste.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in kadai, add jeera seeds. When it starts spluttering add the fine paste from step 1. Fry for few minutes. Add little water and salt. Bring it to boil. Switch off the flame.
3. Squeeze the lime juice and mix well.
Tangy spicy nimbe hannina gojju is ready to serve.
