Ladies Finger Raita/Bindi Raita is a very simple recipe. This goes well with all rice dishes.
Ladies Finger - 4 chopped medium sized
Curds - 1 cup
Curry Leaves - 4/5
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp finely chopped
Red chillies - 1 cut into small pieces or Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1. Put 1 tbsp oil in kadai, add mustard seeds on spluttering add curry leaves, asafoetida and red chillies.
2. Then drop in ladies finger and fry on medium flame until nicely brown in colour.
3. Keep aside to cool completely.
4. On cooling down add curds, salt and coriander leaves. Bhindi Raita is ready to serve.
