         Choco Bite

Yummy, tasty choco bite is very easy to prepare. A great little sweet for any occasion. If you want something small and light, give these a go!!

Ingredients:

Maida : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Ghee : 3/4 cup
Cocoa : 1/4 cup

Procedure:

1. Roast maida till you get a good aroma and keep it aside.

2. Mix cocoa and roasted maida, see that there are no lumps.

3. Place the pan or griddle on the low flame, pour 1 cup of sugar and then add very little of water (upto sugar top). Keep stirring so that sugar dissolves.

4. Now add cocoa and maida mixture to the sugar syrup, and keep stirring as shown in the picture, pour little by little ghee in between while stirring till it forms a ball shape. Immediately transfer it to the greased plate, pat it with a small flat plate and cut it your desired shape.
