Sprouted Moong Dal: 1/2 cup
Cucumber: 1 cut lengthwise
Grated Carrot: 1 small
Capsicum: 1 chopped lengthwise
Beetroot: 8-9 pieces chopped lengthwise
Tomato: 1 small cut into medium sized pieces
Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Spinach: For decoration
1. In a kadai fry Capsicum and Sprouted Moong dal with very little oil for a min.
2. Arrange all the veggies as shown in pictures and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
