Capsicum Raita is a delicious recipe made with Yogurt. Raita goes well with rice and also with chapati or roti.
Capsicum: 1 chopped finely
Yogurt: 1 cup
Jeera powder: 1 or 2 tsp
Green chillies: 1 cut length wise
Mustard Seeds: 1 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves: 1 strand
Salt to taste
Corinader Leaves: To garnish
1. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds when it starts spluttering add curry leaves, asafoetida, green chillies and capsicum. Fry till capsicum turns soft.
2. Add salt and jeera powder. Mix well. Switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
3. Mix well with curds. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
