Carrot Juice is very health drink and very easy to prepare in no time. It gives lot of energy and i suggest you all to drink this juice everyday.
Servings : 2 big glass
Carrot - 4 big sized
Ginger - 1/4 inch
Sugar - 1 tsp (optional)
1. Cut carrot into medium sized pieces.
2. Put it in the mixer along with a piece of ginger.
3. Grind it well by adding water.
4. Strain it by adding 1 glass of water.
5. If required add sugar.
Your healthy carrot juice is ready to serve.
