Jeera Daniya Kashaya is a herbal drink prepared from Indian spices Cumin, coriander seeds, pepper corns. Kashaya powder is boiled with thinned milk and this hot infusion taste yummy and is a very refreshing drink.

Here is the recipe of Jeera Daniya Kashaya:
Jeera Dhaniya Kashaya Powder: 4 - 5 tsp
Milk: 1 glass
Water: 1/2 glass
Sugar: 2 - 3 tsp
1. Add Jeera Daniya kashaya Powder into boiling water and boil for few mins.
2. Add milk to this and simmer the flame. Add sugar and boil for a min.
3. Filter and serve hot kashaya.
You also add sugar and kashaya powder according to your taste.
