Herbal Carrot Juice is a very health drink and easy to prepare. Carrot juice has a particularly high content of β-carotene, a source of vitamin A. Carrots are Saturated Fat Free, Low Sodium, Cholesterol Free, Good Source of Fibre and High in Vitamin A.
Grated Carrot - 2 cups
Ginger - 1 inch
Sugar - 1 tbsp (as per taste)
Tulasi or Basil leaves - 10 nos
Lemon juice - 3 tsp
1. Grate the carrots.
2. Put it in the mixer along with a piece of ginger, sugar and tulasi .
3. Grind it well by adding water.
4. Add 1 big glass of water.
5. Add lemon juice.
Your healthy herbal carrot juice is ready to serve.
