Ginger : 1/2"
Sugar: 1 - 2 tbsp according to your taste
Pepper powder: a pinch optional
1. Wash and cut the tomatoes.
2. Grind tomatoes, ginger and sugar in a mixer to fine consistency. Add water. Grind again.
3. Strain it in a strainer and your juice is ready. If required add pinch of pepper powder before you serve.
