         Tomato Juice

Tomato juice contains vitamins A and C as well as the antioxidant Lycopene, making it a healthy beverage. People who have gallbladder problems please avoid tomato intake. It is very easy prepare and kids enjoy this drink.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes: 4

Ginger : 1/2"

Sugar: 1 - 2 tbsp according to your taste

Pepper powder: a pinch optional

Tomato Juice  

Procedure:

1. Wash and cut the tomatoes.

2. Grind tomatoes, ginger and sugar in a mixer to fine consistency. Add water. Grind again.

3. Strain it in a strainer and your juice is ready. If required add pinch of pepper powder before you serve.
