         Oats Lassi

Have you tried preparing Oats Lassi any time ? Here is the simple way of preparing oats Lassi.

Ingredients:

Curds: 100gms

Oats: 1 tbsp

Water: 1/2 cup

Salt: 1/2 tsp

Jeera Powder: 1/4 tsp

Procedure:

1. Roast Oats and powder them.

2. Blend Curd, oats with salt and water in a blender.

3. Blend well and pour in a tall glass.

4. Garnish with Jeera powder and serve.
