         Green Vegetable Salad

Green Vegetable is a simple healthy salad prepared from green vegetables. Mixed vegetable salad is crunchy and has been prepared with small amounts of oil and spices for making it aromatic. You can even mix other vegetables of your choice to make it tasty and healthy. This is absolutely a low calorie salad.

You have a party at home, prepare this salad and decorate it and make your guests enjoy the salad ...

Ingredients:

Sprouted Moong Dal: 1/2 cup

Cucumber: 1 cut lengthwise

Grated Carrot: 1 small

Capsicum: 1 chopped lengthwise

Beetroot: 8-9 pieces chopped lengthwise

Tomato: 1 small cut into medium sized pieces

Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp

Salt: 1/2 tsp

Spinach: For decoration

Procedure:

1. In a kadai fry Capsicum and Sprouted Moong dal with very little oil for a min.

2. Arrange all the veggies as shown in pictures and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
