         Flaxseeds Chutney Pudi

Flaxseeds Chutney Pudi is a good way to include omega 3 fatty acids in our diet and this is also rich in fiber. You can have this with hot rice or dosa or rotis. Added Sesame seeds for this powder, sesame seeds are rich calcium. Highly nutritious and healthy too.


Flaxseeds : 1/2 cup

Kadle bele : 1/2 cup

Urad dal : 1/4 cup

Dry copra : 1/2 cup

Curry Leaves : 1/2 cup

Sesame seeds: 1/4 cup

Red chillies: 12 - 15 nos.

Turmeric: Pinch

Salt to taste

Tamarind: Lemon sized


Dry roast all the above ingredients separately. Grind them to fine powder and store in glass container.

Serve with hot rice or dosa or chapatis.
