Dried corn kernels popped to perfection in the confines of your home, with absolutely no sweat. You may add any masala you like to the dried kernels to make masala popcorn.
1. Dried corn kernels - 1/2 cup
2. Oil (or butter) - 1 tsp
3. Salt to taste
1. In a large microwave safe bowl, add the dried corn kernels, oil and salt, mix well.
2. Cover to bowl with a lid and microwave for 4 minutes.
3. Remove and allow it to cool. Store in an air tight container.
P.S: A few corn kernels will remain unpopped at the base of the bowl.
