Jeera Daniya Kashaya Powder is a herbal drink powder prepared from Indian spices like cumin, coriander seeds, pepper corns and cinnamon. Jeera Dhaniya Kashaya is best during winter season.
Prepare this powder, store it in air tight jars and use it any time to prepare kashaya.
Cumin/Jeera/Jeerige: 1/4 Cup
Coriander Seeds/Dhaniya: 1/4 cup
Cinnamon: 1/2 inch or small piece
Cloves: 4 nos.
Pepper corns: 8 nos.
Cardamom: 4 nos.
Dry roast above ingredients and grind it to a fine powder.
Store it in air tight jars.
